Insurance Sales & Marketing Internship

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing Intern to assist with various marketing initiatives, including event coordination, social media management, networking, cold calling, and other projects as assigned. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused business environment while contributing to our marketing and growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Coordination:
Represent Clint Wilson State Farm at local events, booths, and community activities.
Assist in planning and executing event logistics, including setup, promotion, and follow-up.
Social Media Management:
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and analyze performance metrics.
Networking & Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, including referral partners like mortgage brokers and restaurants.
- Attend community and networking events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Cold Calling & Lead Generation:
- Assist with outbound calls to prospective customers for appointment setting and follow-ups.
- Track and document interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
Marketing Projects:
- Support the creation of promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and videos.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new campaigns and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to engage in cold calling and networking activities.
Energetic, personable, and eager to learn.
Availability to work evenings and weekends for events as needed.

Compensation: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
